Reading Stephen Heller’s article about the Businessmen’s Record Club in the early sixties: Early Rap: The Poetry of Selling Yourself, I was reminded of my fathers huge collection of inspirational sales tapes. On further reflection, I was reminded of how I always thought the majority of these covers could be vastly improved for a younger audience with the simple act of adding an extra letter to the titles.
