Reading Stephen Heller’s article about the Businessmen’s Record Club in the early sixties: Early Rap: The Poetry of Selling Yourself, I was reminded of my fathers huge collection of inspirational sales tapes. He had a state of the art ‘pillow speaker’ attached to his tape deck which allowed him to absorb the aspirational lessons in his sleep.

On further reflection, I was reminded of how I always thought the majority of these covers could be vastly improved for a younger audience with the simple act of adding an extra letter to the titles.

Smell on purpose

Nothing happens until somebody smells something

The key to super smelling

Keys to successful smelling

How to smell better

Smell yourself rich

the moment of truth
